I like to cook. As a general rule, I don't like to cook deserts, just because of the carb content, but this one looked too good not to try. I caught in on Everyday Italian on the Food Network. It's a recipe for a custard & rice & pine nut pie using phyllo dough for the crust. It's really, really yummy.
